How to permanently delete your ActuBene account and associated data

You can permanently delete your ActuBene account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app:

1. Open the ActuBene app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Edit Profile.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with your password.

This permanently deletes your account and personal data — your profile, deeds, causes, posts, comments, messages, photos, and reactions.

Delete some of your data (without deleting your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete any content you've created at any time — individual posts, deeds, causes, comments, messages, photos, and reactions — while keeping your account. To request deletion of specific data you can't remove yourself, email [email protected] from your account email and tell us what you'd like removed.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to use the in-app option, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify ownership and delete your account and data for you.

What gets deleted & retention

All of your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request. A limited subset of records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. fraud prevention, security, or legal-compliance obligations), after which those are deleted too.
