Child Safety Standards

Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

ActuBene has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content, conduct, or contact that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor, and we act quickly to remove it and to report it to the authorities.

Adults only (18+)

ActuBene is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must confirm you are 18 or older to create an account. If we learn a user is under 18, we suspend and delete their account and all associated data.

What is prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate content removal, account and device termination, and — where applicable — reporting to law enforcement:

Reporting and enforcement

Every post, comment, message, and profile can be reported in the app using the report option, and users can block others. Reports are reviewed and acted upon: we remove violating content, suspend or permanently ban offending accounts and devices, and preserve and report CSAM to the relevant authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement — as required by law.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws, cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organisations, and review our standards and enforcement practices on an ongoing basis.

Point of contact

To report a child safety concern or CSAE content, contact our child safety team at [email protected]. In an emergency, contact your local law enforcement immediately.
